Payment is taken through PayPal. All services will receive an invoice from Bibliobean Books. No refunds.

Payment terms are $100 Deposit upon signing and 50% at the beginning of each service.

Are you an author and want me to read and review your book?

How long will the edits take?

Turnaround times depends on the size of your project, genre, and current workload. Feel free to reach out and ask before booking.

I’m not sure what type of editing I need?

Please check out our service page for a breakdown of what each type of editing covers. If you still aren’t sure, please feel free to reach out to me and we can discuss what’s best for your project.

What genres do you work with?

I am currently working with fiction only.

Genres I’m a match for: Fantasy, Romance/BDSM/Erotica, Mystery, Thriller/Suspense, Horror, Paranormal. Genres I don’t really vibe with: Children’s Books, Historical Fiction, Poetry, Epic Fantasy, Westerns, and Non-Fiction. Prefer: Adult, New Adult and some YA.

If you feel that your project falls somewhere outside of these genres or is a hybrid, please feel free to reach out to me to discuss if I’m a good fit.

What if I don’t agree with one of your edits?

I’m more than happy to walk you through my reasoning on why I believe the suggestion I’ve made will strengthen your story, but it’s ultimately your choice. I’m here to bring my knowledge to the table so that you can make an informed decision about your work. All changes to your work are ultimately at your discretion.

Will you publish my book for me?

Not exactly, but I can help guide you along in your self-publishing journey. I’m more than happy to provide you with referrals for proofreader, cover designers, where to go for copyright and to purchase your very own ISBNs. I will even share a copyright page template, if that is something you need.

Who retains copyright of the edited material?

The client does. Any paid for service for writing or editing does not affect your copyright rights in any way. I have no rights to the final, edited text once payment is made in full.

How about confidentiality?

I will not discuss client projects outside of discussions between the client and myself. This is listed in my contract. However, if you are more comfortable with me signing and confidentiality agreement (NDA) I am happy to.

Should I acknowledge you in my book?

You don’t have to, but should you choose to, please let me know pre-publishing.
